- South West corner of Yonge Street and Elgin Mills. What great place and even better food. Really fresh Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. The tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and you can choose beef, pulled pork, fish, chicken and veggie. They also have Mexican and Milk Cake, so good.

- INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup white onion, minced (about 1/2 medium onion)
- 1 1/2 cups plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped (about 4 large tomatoes)
- 1 tablespoon serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded, and minced (about 2 medium chiles)
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 small lime)
INSTRUCTIONSCombine ingredients in a medium nonreactive bowl and season well with salt. Add more lime juice as desired. - Guacamole Dip
- INGREDIENTS:
3 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons cilantro
2 tomatoes, diced2 jalapenos, diced1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic.
Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
