Cut the top part of the head (leafy) off and then sliced it down the middle
Drizzled olive oil on it and threw it on the grill.
There is enough moisture that it steams it as it grills.
Grilled some lemons and used these to make the dressing (grilled lemon juice, dijon mustard, a small bit of balsamic and olive oil salt to taste)
Grill some mushrooms
Top the romaine with dressing and spead some fresh shaved parmesan on top
Grill up your favourite meat
