<-------- This house has no basement, so the trade off is it has five bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms, thank goodness. Main floor has an office for me. Family room, dining room and living room. The kitchen is a good size but the counters are in need of help. Great eating area and appliances. Bathroom on main floor along with laundry room. Hardwood floors on the main floor and laminate upstairs. Great backyard for the boys and a great deck. Looks out to a park. I am able to walk to everything from Shoppers, movie theatre and my doctor's office. Easy for me. Let's hope it works out! Because the rest of the home were in Sutton and Stouffville. Nothing around? I would be completely alone and far far far away from family and friends.
