Peach Cobbler
What You Need
8 fresh peaches, sliced (about 5 cups)
1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/4cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose baking mix
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
Make It
HEAT oven to 375°F.
TOSS peaches with next 6 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour into 9-inch square baking dish.
STIR baking mix, granulated sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture.
BAKE 28 to 30 min. or until biscuits are golden brown.

Top each serving with a small dollop of thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping or small scoop of frozen vanilla low-fat yogurt.
Substitute
Prepare using 5 cups frozen sliced peaches.
