Clearly, we cannot be on the right path if we hide away from the world or any the small tasks, or daily tasks. We have to stay motivated each morning, shower, have breakfast and work towards the light. What will keep you moving? You have to decide and push yourself, us it will not just appear out of no where and into your hands.
- Be focused with all the goals and take one at a time. It is easier to get distracted if you are separating your energy on several goals at once.
- Challenge yourself when you feel low and depressed. Find support in other people who are there for you and stay away from people who want to tear you down.
- Make a new routine and put posted notes of reminder of what you want to change.
- Do not get discouraged if you feel like you are going in the wrong direction. Instead, see what you need to change, to get back on track.
- Learn from your mistakes, but do not lose your mind to the endless guilt. Try not to repeat what went wrong and take the steps to make things right.
- Take time to yourself and enjoy your surroundings and the people in your life.
- Remind yourself that you are important because every step in the right direction is a success.
- Take pride in the small things you as well as the harder goals you have set for yourself!
- Find inspiration from whatever makes you feel good.
- Remember, you cannot give up on yourself because in the end you can do anything you put your mind to!
