Live your life with no regrets...

Is there really time for us to dwell on regrets? We go through life regretting smalls things like what we wore to work today or how we did not give the waiter a good enough tip, maybe we regret not jumping out of a plane like the rest of our friends, or perhaps we said saying mean to a close one. Some regrets are small and other regret are huge and causes us to dwell on what we cannot change. 


Think about it for a moment - small regrets CAN be fixed, you CAN jump out of that plane, you CAN make a bigger tip to that waiter next time and you CAN say sorry for the mean things you said to your close one. But when you have regrets that are huge sometimes you CANNOT fix them and they rip you up inside. 


It is when you have regrets like that you have to either come to terms with them or your regrets could keep you hostage inside yourself, for the rest of your life. But we are suppose to live our lives with no regrets...


                                                      ...it is never that easy. Is it? - NO!
