So lost

I am so sick to my tummy it is unreal. My nerves are completely shot! I have no idea what to do and I have no one to talk. This is not a life and I am so fucked up, now more then ever. I do not what to do!!!! I have no one on my side to protect me through all of this. I do not know how to get out and I am not going to last much longer! Milky
