I cannot believe it but it seems to be real. We went to the house and the guy is there painting. All the rooms need it but dining room and family. The space is there. The people who live next door have to wild dogs, so Phoenix will fit right in. Thank goodness. The back yard is the size of a park! No! Really a park, it is crazy.
The bad news is it may only be for a year and it is well water???!!! Still unsure about that. Movers are coming Monday for about eight hours. Then it will be unpacking nightmare. Oh, happy joy. Not really looking forward to that but I looking forward for all this to be done finally.
